I, the undersigned, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions for participating in the recreational activities provided by Pebble and Fins resort, including but not limited to swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, and other associated activities:

1. I acknowledge the inherent hazards and risks associated with these activities, and I voluntarily assume all risks involved. (
2. I release Pebble and Fins resort from any liability, claims, or damages that may arise from my participation.
3. I agree that minors accompanying me must be supervised by an adult who is responsible for their safety.
4. I will comply with all relevant hygiene standards and inform the resort if I am sick, understanding that the resort may take actions at their discretion.
5. I agree that this Agreement is governed by the laws of Indonesia, and I consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
6. I understand that my personal data will be handled as described on Pebble and Fins' website, available at [Pebble and Fins' Privacy Policy](https://pebbleandfins.com).

By checking this box, I affirm that I have read and understood these terms and conditions, and I agree to be legally bound by them. I am aware that by agreeing to these terms, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
