PADI Freediver (Bali) Essentials

The course is made up of three main components:

– Theory: This covers the basic concepts of freediving, including physiology, safety and training.

– Pool: This is where you will learn and practice the skills you need to freedive safely. Your goal will be to do static apnea of 90 seconds and dynamic apead of 25m.

– Open water: This is where you will put your skills to the test in the open water. Goal for constant weight freedive of 10m.
