The course covers all aspects of freediving, from physiology and safety to instruction and rescue. The course is performance-based, and candidates must be able to demonstrate their freediving skills to a high standard.
The SSI Freediving Assistant Instructor Trainer course is the first step in becoming a freediving instructor. This course will teach you the basic concepts of freediving, safety procedures, and how to effectively teach freediving to students. The course is four days long and includes both classroom and pool sessions. Upon successful completion of the course, you will be certified as an SSI Freediving Assistant Instructor Trainer and will be able to teach the SSI Freediving course to students.

Have you ever wanted dream about being a mermaid when you were a kid? Well, now you can try how it feels like with SSI Try Mermaid in Bali! This course is designed for aults and kids above 6 years old, We will teach you the basics of mermaid swimming. You will learn how to move through the water gracefully, using your tail to propel yourself forward. You will also learn how to perform basic tricks and flips, and how to use your tail to create beautiful underwater displays.
The course includes an academic briefing and at least one pool/confined water experience.
At the end of the course, you pose with your mermaid tail for a memory of yourself in the tail of a mermaid!
